It takes a lot of time and effort to check authorizations or validate and update data in customer data management. E-mail correspondence is not sufficient in this. Yuutel tasked us to support the company in finding a way to automate, simplify and minimise error potential and the time required for the team in the process.

Before getting started we had to consider a few essentials. First, access conditions. In telecommunications, access depends on a few factors that are not always obvious. For that, the system must handle access rights.  There was another important point to consider: In line with legal standards this process can not be done by having clients place an order first.

We created Databox exactly for these purposes. It works independently of the webshop but can integrate data where needed. Databox enables the team to check, update and communicate data through a direct, transparent and streamlined two-way process between system and customer. It protects customer privacy and complies with all legal standards. When a customer reserves a business phone number, the request moves into databox. Checks and comparisons run automatically in the background.
