The Task

REDOBA’s owner, ISS Software Solutions, tasked us to create an automated document service that delivers extensive, ready to use real estate reports for extensive property validation in three languages. It had to be fast, consistent, support legal compliance and be suitable for sale. 

The Challenge

Property documents are often written in Spanish or Catalan and vary greatly in format, structure and accessibility. It involvesnavigating fragmented sources, handling multiple layouts and translating content with precision. This makes it difficult to extract and organise relevant data for REDOBA.

The Solution

REDOBA automates the entire process with a modular setup that combines AI translation, document parsing and dynamic dossier generation. Human-in-the-loop quality control ensures reliability where needed. The platform supports double-direction translation: from Spanish or Catalan into the selected output language and back if required. Outputs support legal compliance and are ready for use.
